BBSmates IRC
------------
Since the Teleconference wasn't a big hit, I've decided to try
something new.  BBSmates is now on IRC.  If you already know what
IRC is, then join us here:

Server:  irc.oddnet.net 
Channel: #bbsmates

If you don't know what IRC is, it's a chat service.  You can load
up the java-based client on BBSmates.com by clicking the BBSmates
IRC link.  See ya there!

Still Active
------------
Due to several requests, I (finally) added the ability to search
by the "Still Active" flag for BBS's.  You can find this new search
criteria on the Advanced BBS Search page.

Just a heads up, that I'll be moving soon.  If you didn't already
know, I host the site from my basement on a DSL line.  The house
I'll be moving to may not have DSL for a while.  So I'm in talks
with a friend to have him host the site on his DSL line for a 
while.  This should work out, but in case it doesn't - if any of 
you have a DSL or faster connection and would be willing to 
"co-locate" host my server, please email me.  The server does not 
require a dynamic ip address.  And if you happen to live in the 
Chicago area, that would be even better!
